Light-medium bodied. Slightly sweet & even more slightly citrus. Pretty well-balanced.

LOOK: Another blonde and based on a previous taster on this one as well as its appearance this one looks to score better than the last few. It pours a slightly less than clear but shows off a prominant all white head with good retention and plenty of side glass lace.
AROMA: Mostly grass or grain, faint herbal peppery spice.
TASTE: Mild malts, dry and subtle bitterness.
Easy drinking and decent blonde.

Poured from 12-ounce can into a tulip glass. Hazy yellow, with a couple of fingers of white head that settled in short order. Nice balance between bready malt and grassy and herbal hops, with floral and citrus notes on the nose and palate. Good carbonation, pleasant bitterness, and a mostly dry finish with a slight lingering sour note. This is a nice sipper and well worthy of your next BBQ.

I'm trying this beer at the Water Tower Taproom in Montgomery, Alabama. It poured a hazy dark yellow with creamy white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had grain and subtle floral spice. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with grain base and subtle lemon highlights. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a decent beer.

Southern Prohibition Brewing "Suzy B"
12 fl. oz. can, coded T0820 09/28/18"
Look: A hazy golden body displays fast rising bubbles beneath a short head of white foam. Average head retention and lacing.
Smell: Slightly "green" or yeasty in the nose. Limited or basically "thin" aroma. Basic malt. No discernible hops.
Taste: Some of green character remains, but not too much, and the grainy, sweetish malt comes through nicely. It's balanced by a moderate bitterness that's just enough to leave it slightly sweet but still finish fairly dry. There are some mild hop flavors to it but nothing particularly stands out. They're more "generic" in character. There's almost a note of vanilla to it.
Feel: Medium-light in body and gently crisp-then-smooth.
Overall: It's certainly a readily accessible and easy to drink beer that could be enjoyed throughout multiple servings. Unfortunately a minor fermentation flaw does hamper it.

Tasted in a pint glass from draft at Blue Canoe on March 28, 2018. An easy drinker, yet full of flavor, our unfiltered ale is perfect for any occasion. This dirty blonde has a nice malt backbone and a balanced bitterness, set apart by its pleasant hop aroma from our hop back.
