Stopped in for a quick look see, it's a similar layout to Monks right down the street, and for a second I thought they had taken over the old Monks space. Luckily is still where it's always been, serving Lake Louie on tap and great burgers.

This bar has a bootlegger vibe to the decor, a large pot still is the centerpiece above the bar. They have some house branded spirits which I think are contract-made elsewhere (confusing name). Service was timely though not chatty, it was pretty dead in the middle of the afternoon when I went and the staff just talked to each other.

Drafts from Surly, Capital, O'so, Central Waters, Port Huron, and Karben4. Luckily they had Fantasy Factory, that was all I needed. Bottles were all macro.

Overall it wasn't bad, but Showboat Saloon a block or 2 away has a far better selection.

I found this place on a trip to the Dell's. Considering their website alludes to the fact that they distill their own booze (they don't, at least not yet) and that they have daily craft beer specials, I thought maybe the Dell's had finally developed a craft-beer centric restaurant like every other place in Wisconsin has. Alas, it was not to be.
Offerings are limited. On my visit, the tap list consisted of:
-Bud Light
-Miller Light
-Lienie's Summer Shandy
-Port Huron Honey Blonde
-Lake Louie Warped Speed
-O'so Night Train
-Shock Top
-Ale Asylum Ambergeddon
-Blue Moon
-Angry Orchard Cider
Bottle list wasn't that much better, consisting of 5 actual craft beers, 2 "craft" beers, and absolutely nothing exciting. Furthermore, all beers are sold in frozen pint glasses, surely a sign that no one here has a clue what they're doing.
Service was exceedingly attentive, to the point of being annoying, especially considering my server was underaged and readily admitted to neither drinking beer nor actually having any knowledge concerning it.
Food is acceptable, though a lot of what is on offer consists of the same house-braised meat used and reused in a number of different preparations.
For all I know, Dell's Distillery still might have the best craft beer list in all of the Dell's, but that really isn't saying much.
