Had on-tap at Hop Cat in Detroit, Michigan.
Man, this was a pretty good one. I tend to not fall much in love with nitro beers... as much as I love the feel of them, they tend to taste watered down. This one obviously has that kind of vibe, but at the same time, it has a nice, easy-drinking mix of chocolate and coconut. The coconut is most noticeable on the first sip: it's not a lot of coconut as far as I'm concerned, but enough to make it stand out. This is a great sessionable stout.

Nitro tap. Tastes like an almond joy. Deliciously smooth. Smells like toasted coconut and dark chocolate.

A - Black with brownish red around edges and a milky 2 finger head. Very thick head.
S - Coconut and dark chocolate notes. Ever so slight malty smell.
T - Milk with a slight coconut and malt flavor. Malty finish.
M - Very smooth, milky, and viscous.
O - Pairs exceptionally well with dessert. Easy to drink. Chiefly coconut and malt as main notes but performs well overall despite only a couple flavor notes.
