Love this place. AMAZING beer selection. Great and diverse menu. Save room for the smores dessert!

Wish they'd turn down the music...and I'm a huge fan of what they play for my demographic!

More Goose Island beers please...particularly Sofie.

Not sure why they won't serve certain beers in the larger glasses.

The Lynnfield Yard House sits in the back corner of a new shopping area just off Rt. 95. It's very easy to get to, but parking can be a problem unless you're willing to walk a bit. The restaurant has a large outside seating area with several TVs. The inside is dark and dominated by the large rectangular bar in the middle. There are tables all around the bar and along the walls. Lots of TVs on the inside too. The night I went was very crowded and loud. The staff wears black uniforms which almost makes them hard to see in the low light. I nearly bumped into two servers trying to get to the bathroom because I didn't see them.

The restaurant is very clean and well run with a large, friendly service staff. I was with 7 other people and when our beers arrived at our table they were all served correctly. The menu organizes the beers by style (wheat, pale, Belgian, etc.) and includes the abv and price for 3 different sized glasses. Most pints were in the $6.50 - $7.50 range. Seemed a bit high to me.

For the beer geek you're not going to find any rare gems on the list. However, you will find some pretty solid beers that you've probably had several times before.

With over 100 taps there's a beer or cider on the list for everyone. The selection is a good combination of local beers (Jack's Abby, Ipswich), national brands (Firestone Walker, Green Flash) and imports (Weihenstephaner, Unibroue). The entire list is on the first few pages of the large menu. I'd rather see a smaller separate list to save some table space with the big menu. Food was tasty and creative, but again a just little bit pricey. I paid over $13 for an avocado burger and fries. It was a bit under cooked for my liking, but still good. A friend got the taco's which looked good and my wife had the fish and chips which she enjoyed. None of us had any real complaints about the food.

Overall I had a good experience at the Yard House. Beers were clean and tasty. Food was creative and good. However, I'm not a big fan of dark sports bars with big crowds and slightly higher prices.
