This place is awesome! Came on a Sunday in search of TG brews; 3 were on. Surprised to find a really relaxed joint with a cool old timey banjo band on stage contributing to the vibe. Asked for a half pint: "no problem man-whatever you want" was the response. I love that! Decided to stick around for lunch I enjoyed the place so much. Limited food selections, but it's not everyday you find tasty crepes on a menu. Lots of folks were ordering coffee and tea on the other side of the bar (guess it's half coffee shop half bar) so they seem to be doing a lot of stuff right. Great place!

The root note is great. Excellent atmosphere, great bands , and very good beer.
They get pseudo sue all the time. there coffe is not the best, but there beer is good. go here if your in lacrosse and looking to spend some money on quality beer in a relaxed environment. This place is a great alternative to the party bars in LAX .
