Aroma is dominated by buttery toffee, caramel sweetness, and nutty, toasted malt. There's a hint of roast malt.
Flavor is more roasty and dry than expected from the aroma, with notes of tar and a slight dark cherry note that counter the impression of sweetness tasted early on in the form of toffee. Thin, lacking in depth of malt character.

The slightest of smokie malts, slight semi sweet chocolate, slight coffee, and slight toffee. It could be made better if one of the flavors stood above the rest.

Taste: Smoked roasted malts, toffee, chocolate, coffee notes. Semi sweet toffee nose. Black/Brown, opaque, tan head with not much lace on glass. Medium, almost full body. Might pair well with BBQ. 26 IBUs

Pours shiny black with a thin tan head. Smell has roasted malts, chocolate, lactose and a hint of sugary sweetness. Taste is very sweet with some toffee and chocolate up front giving way to a toasted malt backbone that is almost bitter compared to how sweet the beer is otherwise. Feel has medium carbonation and is on the thin side. Overall is an average milk stout. The toffee candy flavor is unique but it ends up just tasting like it's going to give you diabetes.

First to review this beer eh? I will give it shot!
A - Maybe a touch too much carbonation fizzes out my 1/2 inch of mocha head rather quickly but the beer itself is a very pitch black deep darkness one would expect on cold winter nights.
S - Slightly metallic but semi sweet with toffee and dark chocolate nibs. Touch of roast
T - Kind of watery but it does have dark chocolate and coffee roasts all around. Reminds me of a weak cup of coffee with no sugar to tell you the truth. Kind of disappointed...
M - Medium bodied yet as stated very water like a cold flavorless cup of coffee...
Overall I picked this up since I expected something like a nice hearty stout or even a winter spiced treat. All I got was an underwhelming flavorless stout. Avoid if you can!
