The appearance is dark brown and very murky from the barrel aging. There's a fingernail of brown covering a third of the top. The aroma is of cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and a touch of sweet bourbon. I also smell some dates and raisins. I'm tasting sweet bourbon, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. The mouth is boozy, dry, and lightly chewy.
