Alright, Dave, just for you I'll review it.
Pours a hazy gold with a fluffy eggshell foam that settles into a cap and laces until I need a refill.
Nice hoppy aroma, Cascades evident and the Glaciers add depth and an herbal quality. However, I would still like a bit more aroma hops. Each version I've had has gotten closer, though, and the latest batches may be there.
Full of citrusy and fruity hops. Apricots, oranges, grapefruits, floral and honey flavors from the Centennials, super smooth bitterness and a nice backing of Caramel and 2R malts. Exaggerated hops, but nicely balance.
Lively carbonation, some creaminess I attribute to the house yeast and specialty malt selections. At worst it can be a bit thin, at best its quite refreshing.
On the whole...a damn fine IPA and I can't wait to get me some in bottles.
Ahh...what the hell: On the 5th Day God created the IPA, and this is a damn fine one.

The tap handle says O'fallon 5 Day IPA. I assume this is the same as it is the only IPA listed from O'fallon.

Pours a cloudy orangish amber color with a nice white head that sticks around for a while and leaves some nice lacing in the glass.

Smell is citrusy and floral hops with mabey a faint maltiness.

Taste is citrus, namely grapefruit up front followed by a little maltiness. Decently well balanced and pretty refreshing.

Mouthfeel is very nice and I could drink these all day. A solid beer from O'fallon, acually the best I've had from them.

My man BigLove added this bad boy to a trade for me.

The pour yeilds a lightly ambered beer with a thin head but sturdy lacing.

The smell is pine, a little lemon, fresh grass, and straw.

The taste is fairly heavy in the hop department for a basic IPA. It has a soft malt tone that takes over at the finish. Not bad at all!

Why O'fallon doesnt bottle this is mind boggling!

This beer poured a dark copper to amber color, and was topped by a 1 inch off white head. The aroma has a nice herbal note up front, followed quickly by some grapefruit and light caramel. The flavor is blended nicely together. More of the herbal, grass quality. The grapefruit rounds out nicely into more of an orange character. Nice, sharp bitterness midway through the drink that lasts into the finish. The mouth feel is slightly sharp, a little heavy. Very nice drinkability. Great beer, I can’t wait until it is more widely available.

Had it on draught at Iron Barley. The Tap Handle called it "5-day IPA" with a the picture of a hop cone. The color is straw-like and cloudy, possibly copper, with a nice white head. The aroma is a nice spicy-citrus and very pungent. Flavor is grassy and piney, its obviously dry-hopped and finished a bit to piney for my taste. The upfront bitterness is very nice and the grain backs it up nicely. No real alcohol taste, but it would probably be overtaken by the hop flavor anyway. There is just enough body to provide balance and it goes down smooth.

12 oz bottle with no label pours cloudy light copper color, aroma of pine and citrus, grapefruit, citrus hoppy flavors, nice off white head with small bubbles that leaves good lacing in my glass, some malty sweetness to balance the loads of hops, medium body with a thick and sticky mouthfeel, great to see O'fallon putting out an IPA, I am looking forward to having this available in bottles for sale.

Pours a deep golden brown with a huge off-white head that settles into sticky clumps. The head remains through the entire drink and left lots of lacing on the walls of the glass.

The smell is a strong piny hop note, full of oils and spice. There's a nice pungent hop attack to this nose - nothing subtle about it.

Flavor is very similar - it's a hop monster that's for sure! Some citrus notes but primarily flavors of pine and a light floral perfume... Spicy peppery finish really gives this IPA a sharp tang. Rather mild grain notes would be the only complaint here - there's a bit of a sweet malt note but it's pretty well overpowered by the hops. Not a bad thing as the hops are wonderful but just a tad unbalanced.

Mouthfeel is spot on. Medium bodied brew with plenty of carbonation left over after the foamy head. Very mild oily coating on the tongue us cleaned up nicely by the combination of bubbles and hop bitterness. Nice dry finish with lots of hop echoes.

A very drinkable IPA though apparently not widely available at the moment... This was provided by Big Love and seems to be a part of OFallon's experimental bottling. No more experimentation needed - this one is just right!
