Can was over a year old, so I’m hoping that’s why my rating is poor...otherwise I wouldn’t buy this again.

Rarely have I had a session IPA that I would seek out again. An IPA drinker wants more flavour than a session usually provides. Post ride Snack from Maine Beer Co is an exception. Drink it if you can (too pricey though!). State of Mind is more typical in that it winds up tasting and feeling a little watery despite some decent hop citrus aromas & flavour.

Pours a pale clear gold in color with a nice two finger head. Head breaks slowly leaving a small layer of foam. Minor lacing.
Smell is grapefruit and piney hops. Some malts sneak in on the back end.
Taste is citrus pith and pine, like the nose. Harder to find the malts on the tongue.
Feel is light, with vibrant carbonation. Finish is bitter and dry.
A good session, but it seems to be lacking a little something to make it a go to. Maybe it's the bitterness, but I can't see sessioning this beer.

Pours slightly misty straw with frothy off white head and moderate lcing. Aroma: grassy citrusy. Flavour: adds fruit (banana, stone fruit) to the marked hop bitterness.

A light IPA...hmmm....well pours true IPA with light pineapple juice look and very decent collar initially, weaker by end. rich nose here of bouquet des fruites with lemony finish. Very mild hops here. I really like this brewery and although prefer a good strong IPA...this one is perfect for a hot summer’s day. Great find.

IPA Light. Looks like pineapple juice. A light thin head with a mild hoppiness. A little bland but would probably be good on a hot summer morning. My first Canadian IPA. Not too bad eh.

Cloudy yellow pour with irregular chunky white head - aromas of bright citrus, pine. Taste is bitter grapefruit, piney hops, with some sweet floral under tones. Finishes a little thin, lingering bitterness - had just had an All Day IPA and think this does not hit that quality for the style but very enjoyable.
