To all our Collective Seasonal Dry Hop Sour fans, we heard you. This brew is now part of our year-round lineup! After the never-ending battle between the hop heads and sour lovers, we decided to appease the two. Using Vic Secret, Citra, and Mosaic hops, this mixed fermentation brew is juicy, sour and extremely refreshing. Sour and hoppy in perfect, thirst-quenching, melody!

Hazy gold and cloudy with a lots of carbonation and four fingers of off-white head. It smells of sour, dank, cellar, and dusty barn. The taste follows the nose and it’s really sour but balanced. Sour, crisp, and dry body, with moderate carbonation. I got this in Canada and I’m drinking it here in new Hamburg Ontario November 30, 2022.

This starts of with a manageable pour to empty a pint can into a clear glass Imperial pint mug. There's a modest almost white head that seems to be enduring, at least for the style. The brew is dull apricot-amber in color and opaque. The aroma is an interesting meld of hops, sourness and starch, presumably malt. For a sour, the smell is fresh and it isn't pungent. The taste is complex with the hops bringing a touch of fruitiness which pairs nicely with the sourness. Then, there is a slight return to hops during the finish. The body is light overall, but just fine for a sour like this. It's more sour than tart, but it isn't overly so. It is one enjoyable and refreshing pint of beer.

Look: It pours light golden and clear with a white head. Head retention is very good.

Smell: It has some tart sour dankness in the aroma with passion fruit with some herbal elements. There are some very low rose elements as well.

Taste: The taste is moderately sour with cantaloupe, passion fruit, and a touch of lemon. There is a bit of flowery rose with herbal qualities in the background.

Feel: It has a medium low body with a medium tart aftertaste.

Overall, a nice combination of flavors and tart elements.

16 oz can poured into a snifter. Appearance is very light yellow with a moderate head. Aroma and flavor feature tart wheat and lot of fruity hops (tropical and slightly grassy with some citrus). Very well-balanced between malt/sour/hoppiness. Mouthfeel is well-carbonated and not watery or boozy. Overall a fantastic hoppy kettle sour, which by the way is not usually one of my favorite styles, but this is very well done.

L: Light gold and slightly hazy, poured out with a finger of foam but dissipated quickly
S: Lemon and citrus but also a sweet fruity smell like a ripe strawberry
T: Starts tart but fades into a more mellow fruity finish
F: Light bodied with medium low carbonation
O: The sour taste make me keep wanting to come back for another sip, the ending note makes it a pleasant experience
