Cool vibe, some interesting textures around the space, the ceiling was made of shaped wood tiles, custom lighting, and a twine art installation in the back spelling out the word BEER. I like it!

Service was good considering the happy hour crowd crushing the bar, just squeeze through the bottleneck to the back for a table and you’ll be alright. Secret overflow room downstairs with a 2nd restroom. Friendly enough crowd.

Food: the pretzels were caked in salt, but otherwise ok, the frozen kind. Beer cheese with horseradish. Decent bar food, but i’d eat elsewhere though.

Great beer selection, on draft and in bottles. Enjoyed some 5 Borough drafts and admired the Scratch bottles available. No more Other Half cans, as someone mentioned earlier. Cool place, and an easy 1-2 with Blind Tiger in the neighborhood.

One of the few bars in the area that tries to keep Other Half Brewing cans on hand. They have an immense beer selection that is IPA and hop forward. Decent prices for such good beer. In NYC you can spend $7-8 on a Bud light if you are unlucky. So to get a 16oz can of Other Half All Green Everything for $7 is a steal. The food is good but limited. The Wings are outstanding. Give it a try and you will be happy you found this little gem.

Stopped in on 7/24/15. Has that West Village look and vibe, with both indoor and outsoor seating. Great tap and bottle selection. I only stopped in for a quick pint, but the service was excellent.

Good craft beer spot in the West Village. Not sure how frequently the taps change over and if they replace existing taps with new ones, but overall a good spot to enjoy quality beer in a above average sophisticated setting. Copper bar, stools. Indoor / outdoor seating. Much bigger these days. They must have expanded based on past reviews.

Hudson street, Greenwich village, NYC USA, proud to say the neighborhood where I grew up. A lot has changed since then, its now more trendy, more touristy, more affluent.

This is a cramped little place, bar upstairs and a few tables in the back, with an equally tight little space downstairs (with a few pin ball machines).

Nice selection of quality tap options. On the expensive side. Everything in this neighborhood is expensive BTW. Upscale bar food available, also on the expensive side. This place hit the spot for one expensive draft.

Pleasant enough and decent service, if youre not concerned about dropping some coin, this place works for better then respectable draft and bottle options and equally expensive upscale bar food options

A newish beer joint along Hudson street. Narrow and tight inside, but enough room for a large bar, sofas and a lounge-y area upfront and even a garden.

As for beer: Cisco Pumpkin, Elysian Pumpkin, Stoudts Four Play, Smutty Rhye, Bear Republic Grand Am, Ommegang Game of Thrones, Heavy Seas Imperial Pumpkin, Maine Peeper, Firestone Wookey Jack... expensive place at $8-$10 per 12-16 oz glass of tap beer.

The bottle menu is rather large and attractive, divided in styles (pilsner/wheat/IPA/Belgium/Porter, Stout/Seasonal) and with all the big names (Southern Tier, Lagunitas, Great Divide, Founders) but thin on rarities.

I like that they serve coffee as well- we had some along with cookies. Loved the music as well, and the happy hour discounts.

But would I come back here? I doubt it. I'd rather walk down to Blind Tiger...

This is a brand new establishment that I was overjoyed to stumble upon. It's on Hudson Street, which is a great area for small cafes in NY. In a nutshell - this is a high quality coffee shop, craft beer bar, and restaurant... with pinball machines! I went in initially for a liquid Sunday brunch due to the fact that Founders Breakfast Stout was advertised on the bottle list outside. Once I went in, the staff was extremely friendly and talkative with me, which I like. I could not believe how good the espresso drinks were, and I later ordered a burger there too, which was cooked to perfection. If I recall correctly the selection was very good, with about a dozen taps and a decent bottle list. They have King Titus by Maine Brewing Co in the bottle (so good). As previously mentioned, they have 3 pinball machines and some seating in the basement, which are Terminator 2, Monster Bash, and The Addams Family, the latter considered one of the best pinball machines ever made. My inner child was giddy as hell to play these. One could also sit away from the bar and have a nice conversation or a date here - it's neat and tidy looking. The prices were reasonable for NYC. Ultimately this place is the combination of so many great elements, you have to try it if you're in the area.

First stop on the 2nd half of a recent NYC pub crawl. Just stumbled upon this place because I saw the placard outside on the sidewalk advertising the beer list. By day, it's a coffee house. By night, a beer bar. Sounds like a good concept. Plus, growlers to go. Good service by the bartender. Has a great selection of beers. I had a coffee stout by a brewery in CA I never heard of (bonus). Prices were in line with NYC. A nice find. Not sure how new this place is, but it's worth it for a BA to visit.
