Really pale yellow and murky not really much of a head, not much of a scent a little pineapple if anything, nice mellow spice not to strong followed by a twinge of bitter, light bodied medium carb

Drank from bottle (Freebirds, Murfreesboro TN) so I didn't get a clear picture on the look of the beer.
Very carbonated mouth fill and a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Pours a hazy golden color. 1/4 inch head of a white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of pale malt, hint of vanilla, hint of citrus hops, hint of wheat, and slight coriander. Fits the style of a Belgian Witbier. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp, with an average level. Tastes of pale malt, hint of vanilla, hint of citrus hops, hint of wheat, and slight coriander. Overall, good blend, body, and feel.

Picked up this beer when I was down in Tennessee over the summer - never having it before or anything from Tennessee Brew Works for that matter. I expected this to be light and refreshing and of course, that's what this gave me. Not the best beer that I've ever had (even from the Volunteer State) but it was an example of this style that held it's own, while just barely passing muster...
The pour to this was golden, a bit hazy, and had just enough head that quickly settled. Most of the spotty lacing that was left behind as I worked my way through this was along the top third of my pint glass. Lemon, zest, and perfume filled the light nose as the taste had all of those attributes as well. A bit of coriander, champagne, and yeast came through in the taste as it felt like a light, summer day with some lavender thrown in. A bit of basic, bready malt rounded things out as there wasn't a ton of wheat here. Just enough body here to balance out the light flavors but nothing was here to an excessive extent.
Not a lot of booze here as it was what I'd expect in a beer like this. Once in a while, it's good to have a "lawnmower beer" that has just a bit more to it than that. This was one of those and even though it won't win any awards, It was a Wit with wit, and just enough to be considered as both!
