Nice flow, two-finger head which takes it's time easing down, good hints of citrus, but not overpowering, smooth on the way down, nice golden color, perfect for a Spring or Summer day.

As the spring season unfolds, so does the taste for exotic fruits, thirst quenching ale and a mindset of cheer. Tennessee Brew Workers seize this opportunity and reward the beer drinking community's patient winter palates with a crisp and vibrant wheat beer and a kiss of lime.
The firm champaign zest of the ale pierces its hazy, light straw aesthetics and builds a frothy white cap that pops to the nose with sharp citrus, pepper and a wafer-thin, doughy sweet scent. Its taste is playfully bready and pleasantly sweet, casting an essence of powdered sugar and cereal upon the early palate.
And its the firm carbonation that ushers off the sweetness and bread-like creaminess as the middle palate unfolds with citrusy hops which garners a grapefruit, orange, nectarine and strong lime character. Flirting with Belgian-esque character, a peppery taste and soft bite emerges and crispens the taste into something more of a saison ilk.
Crisp, clean and highly refreshing, the ale trends champagne-like with an herbal, grassy bitterness that does little more than offset the timidly lingering malt taste and texture. Its finish of fresh-cracked peppercorn and lime zest ensures an incredibly thirst quenching session.
