22 oz. bottle, with no apparent bottled on date or batch number present. Though, I know this is an older bottle from Only Child. Handwritten HOPS: Centennial on the label. "Our beer is always unfiltered & bottle conditioned naturally with turbinado sugar". This one is Only Child's pale rye ale, per the label.

Poured into a clear balloon snifter.

A - It pours a nice burnt sienna orange body with about two to three fingers of thick frothy off-white head that leaves behind good fat sheets of lacing. Appears well-carbonated, and the head has good staying power. The bottle conditioning has kept this beer alive and well.

S - The aroma is very pleasant. Yeasty & sweet from the sugars, with mild herbal hops & rye spice noted. Maybe some tea leaves?

T - The taste follows the nose - crisp, bready, yeasty, and mildly sweet from the turbinado sugar. Very mild on the rye presence, with some herbal / leafy hop presence. Simple, but flavorful, and the quality of the ingredients used shows.

M - The feel is very smooth & crisp. Light-bodied with good healthy carbonation. Very easy-drinking.

Overall, another excellent beer from Only Child Brewing. I definitely look forward to the next incarnation of this beer, and I continue to look forward to more from Only Child.

A - a bit murky, looks unfiltered. Nice, attractive color.

S - Moderate amount of rye is present. Just a bit of hop aroma. Quite pleasant.

T - Rye spiciness is evident in moderation, hops quite subdued. Very drinkable and the flavors work well together.

M - Moderate-low carbonation. Minimal lacing. More or less in line with what I expect here.

Overall - Happy to try this one from a new brewery nearby. A solid first beer.
