Great brewpub in downtown Denver near Coors Field. Fun helpful staff. Nice selection . Awesome quality. The sours are top notch - Key Lime Pie, Lemon Meringue Pie, Over the Rainbow, Strawberry Lime Gose. The Blonde Milk Stout is doubly awesome, May be my all time highest rated beer. Visited twice in 12 hours and talking several crowlers home.

Stopped here briefly walking from one destination to another, so admittedly not a thorough review.

Tried the Ninja Donkey IPA and came away impressed. Convenient location, laid back vibe and plenty of unique brews on tap. Would definitely return and spend more time given the opportunity.

V-Jagged Mountain is located in Downtown Denver not far from Coors Field and the Central Business District. The space inside feels like many of the new craft breweries around town, i.e., industrial chic with exposed concrete, some wood, brewing equipment, and unpolished metal. The place is medium sized for downtown with a few bigger 8-top tables, some smaller tables, and a bar that seats maybe 15-20 people. The crowd was mellow when I visited on a Wednesday after work. Live music (a lady playing a guitar) started at seven pm and the place was pretty full by then.

Q-I tried three beers. Two of them, a pale ale and a wit, were average...not awful, but not inspiring either. The third, a rye saison, was pretty good.

Ser-The waitstaff was friendly, prompt, and could aptly describe the beers on offer. The beers were served in the proper glassware for the style and at proper temperature. Nicely done.

Sel-Jagged Mountain had quite a few beers on tap; more than most other breweries around town by an order of two. The styles ran the gamut from Belgians to Americans to English and from low ABV session IPAs and pales to some 15% plus monsters.

O-I have heard mixed reviews of this place, but was pleasantly surprised. The beers are not world beaters and there is nothing particularly unique about Jagged Mountain, but it makes for a good place to grab a pint after work.

Nice location in LoDo. Tried the Sky Pond Pale Ale. I know that a pale ale should be a fairly balanced or tame beer, but this one was really not good. No noticeable hop or malt profile. Very bland beer. Tried the Sawatch IPA next. Much better floral hop profile, balanced for an IPA. Descent beer. Overall an okay brewery. If your're in the area, walk two blocks east to Great Divide if you only have time to hit one place.

Stopped here for a beer during a crowded July 3 night. Service was pretty quick considering the crowd at the time, and there was no delay in getting a beer. Tap skills of the bar tending staff greatly varied, and I was disappointed to see a ton of foam from the imperial barleywine tap. Other than that, good service.

There were ~20 taps of in-house offerings. No food on site except for bags of kettle corn (delicious!) and a sign that said they had a local ice cream brand. They do host food trucks though. Selection pouring from the taps ranged from the standard brown ale and IPA, to a blackberry saison, to two BA barleywines. The offerings I tried (blackberry saison, cognac barleywine, brown ale) were solid, but nothing to write home about.

The vibe here is kind of like a street corner, indoor/outdoor bar with a fair amount of Colorado counter culture. It was very loud due to the size and younger age of the crowd. There was kind of a college town brewery feel to it.

Overall, not a bad place to stop and have a beer, but if you are trying to have a conversation with someone, you might want to find a different spot.

Jagged mountain is a smallish brewery in downtown Denver. Parking can be a little hairy but once you get inside it is a great spot. The place was clean and the service was okay. The bartender was a little slow on getting us our beers but not to the point of being obnoxious. The beer selection is good but and there was something for everyone on the list from a tasty wit to a barley wine.

Stopped in during a trip to Denver when I was in the Downtown area. Great location and a nice set up.

I walked in mid week just after they opened so there were only a few of us at the bar. A nice variety of beers and a knowledgeable bartender. Since it was mid week I cannot comment on the atmosphere or service but I would assume its a cool place to hangout

I had a flight and a few beers and the bar tender filled me on their history and beers and I have great time. The beers were great. I recommend the Brettbagger which is a White IPA barrel aged with Brett and amazing. The Hop Sponge was delicious too. In fact all the beers I had were solid.

I definitely recommend checking this place out. I will next time I am in town. Cheers!

Comfortable, no frills spot walking distance to downtown. Nice big bar area and lots of space. No food, but a regular food truck parks outside. A dozen to fifteen of their own brews available.
