Poured from a growler into a standard pint glass. Medium carbonation with a thin head, possibly due to the growler being 2 days old. Very little smell with good balance in the taste. Falls in the blonde ale category but has similar traits of a pilsner. Not my favorite style, but one I would consider above average & a popular choice at the brewery due to its drinkability. I enjoyed this with a couple green olives, hopefully the brewers don't mind, but I prefer to drink this style with them & it worked well here. Will certainly drink this again once it hits distribution.
