No canning date. Poured at 51°. Deep gold with some clarity under cap, otherwise opaque; thick creamy white head; excellent cap retention; solid ring, medium heavy lacing; streaming carbonation/effervescent. Cloves and lemon; some banana aroma as liquid warms. Taste is spicy cloves, black pepper and lemon; some bitterness; firm lightly sweet malt base; dry finish. Medium plus body/almost full; high carbonation; no warmth from 9.3% abv. Overall an awesome well balanced beer; soft spicy alcohol but not boozy; fruity/spicy aftertaste; dangerously easy drinking for the abv.

L: Poured from a bottle to a goblet. Had an orange-yellow color and a cloudy texture. There was an inch of foamy head that lasted an average amount of time. OK lacing.
S: A fair aroma of hops, light fruit, yeast, and malt.
T: Tasted of a bit of Belgian-style yeast (not as much as in other tripels), some malt, lots of grassy hops (definitely more than other tripels), and some spices (cloves, coriander). This is an uneven flavor, with the hops kind of overpowering every other element. Could have been more interesting.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a dry, somewhat bitter finish. Medium-bodied.
O: For the most part, this is an uneven beer. It's still drinkable, but has its flaws.

Poured on tap in a shaker pint, the beer is a hazy, opaque, orange-gold color, with a thin layer of clingy white head. Aromas of rich caramel and citrus sweetness, with a solid blend of spices, including clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, and coriander. Flavors are fruit forward, heavy on orange, peach, pineapple, melon, and apricot, with a bread backbone, and solid notes of clove and coriander. Good booze kick, too. Smooth and full bodied, with a heavily spiced, orange juice-like aftertaste. Smooth, slightly cloying finish, with a solid linger to the spice blend.
