12oz can packaged about a month ago.
Look: pours a pale amber with a nice full white head (1/2" thick) with above average retention. the beer is just a bit cloudy or hazy (not in a NEIPA way) . slight lacing was observed.
Smell: fresh cut hay, grassy, resiny hops. hints of papaya and spice (pepper maybe)
Taste: medium malt sweetness and in your face bold bitterness that overwhelms palate. hop flavors abound here, but bittering hops are the showcase here.
Feel: Medium to medium full body, moderate carbonation and rich, resiny texture. pronounced astringency. finishes long and bitter bordering on the harsh (just slightly) with a slight alcohol warmth.
Overall: drinks more like a DIPA. I expect IPAs to be more balanced than this. this one is for hop heads mostly. nothing terrible and I can still enjoy it. in a blind test I'd guess it was a DIPA for sure.

Undated can inrto pint glass. Pours a nice deep amber - slightly hazy; fluffy white head. Initial impression is grapefruit, lemon, pine, and a touch of caramel malts. Mouthfeel is medium, as is carbonation. Fibnish is slightly dry with a lingering bitterness. Good but not outstanding.

I’m gong 4 as an overall rating because the sum of the parts is greater than seoetate. Typical hop forward for the style. Decent lacing. Bitter beginning which morphs to a decently smooth finish. Grapefruit is predominant. Notes of pine. Medium body overall. Very good IPA.

One of my favorite local brews. Looking forward to growing availability at more Treasure coast venues I would likely have rated it higher if I weren't such a Heady Snob.

On tap the House of Brews. A little hazy, orange body. Smells of sweet melon, garlic, and pine. Taste follows in different proportions. The melon is more muted and less sweet. Pine and garlic blend into a hefty bitterness. Some lightly sweet malt. Medium body. Well made IPA.

Draft pint at the Sailfish brewery inFt Pierce Florida. Mosaic hop aroma. Mosaic plus bittering hop flavor. Goes down mighty easy for a 7%er. Medium mouth. Overall just a nice quaff.

Interesting name. I've tried it as is and with the Passion Fruit infusion - love the Passion Fruit version.

Appearance - Pours a clear golden amber color, more to the yellow tint. In using a pint mug it had a nice head, about a finger an a half, and a nice amount of lacing.

Aroma - You can smell the hops upon receiving the beer, medium high hop nose with a bit of spice. If you love hops, the aroma won't disappoint you.

Taste - The taste somewhat follows the aroma - not as hoppy in flavor as in smell. But, you appreciate the distinct series of flavors. It begin with hops, a bit of spicy malt followed by what I'd describe as a bitter citrus grapefruit effect, and then a hint of the Passion fruit sweetness if drinking the PF version.

Mouthfeel - It is a medium body feel and seems very light in the carbonation, a bit more might help those middle malt flavors pop a bit more.

Overall - This is a very nice beer for those loving a mild hop experience with bitter citrus after tones. Definitely an enjoyable experience. Not what many who love hops might want in an "IPA."

Serving type: On tap in a pint glass.
