Pours a very light opaque yellow, with a little fizziness. Lemony on the nose, and the taste follows, fairly sour with a little funk on the backend and not much hops. Maybe a little grassiness too. Light mouthfeel with fizziness, this drinks like a tart sparkling wine.

Gold in color with a fingernail of eggshell on top. The aroma is of lemony and grassy hops with a touch of lactic sourness. The mouth is very dry and crisp.

A sour-lite, with strong grapefruit, pineapple, lime and lemon right away in the taste with moderate yeast and watery malt. Light and pleasant, would definitely be best for summer time. Feel is pretty thin, again light version of a sour. Good flavor but few sour or tart textures.

Pours a cloudy maize color. 1/4 inch head of a white color. Good retention and decent lacing. Smells of strong bacterial funk, pale malt, hint of citrus hops, slight salt, and an earthiness. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. There is an elevated tartness and dryness. Tastes of strong bacterial funk, pale malt, hint of citrus hops, slight salt, fruit, hint of grass, and an earthiness. Overall, good blend, feel, and complexity.

22oz bottle. Poured out a cloudy, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of lemon, dark cherry and green apple. Nice tart bite with hints of lemon and green apple. Some sweet citrus, too.

Drank from a 16oz tulip glass. Bottled in March of 2018.
Look: Pours light yellow in color, and collectively looks vibrant yellow in color. Haze a cloudy look to it. 2 fingers worth of head from a non-aggressive pour. Moderate amounts of residual lacing on the glass.
Smell: Citrus fruit forwards, where lemon and lime seems to be the most prominent. Grapefruit also present on the nose, along with some tangerine and orange. Slight hop presence on the nose, contributing to a lemongrass like smell.
Taste: Follows the nose, but more lemon and lime forward. Has a slight acidic and salty attribute to it as well. Hop presence is minimal. Slight apricot and peach flavors as well, along with orange and grapefruit sourness.
Feel: Medium-ish body with medium levels of carbonation which seems to give a fizzle feeling on the tongue. Has a soft feel to it, despite being a sour.
Overall: Another very enjoyable offering by Grimm. For a nice day, this is perfect. Low abv and very easy drinking. The sour aspect of the beer is presented very well. I am grateful to have tried this offering, which is another delicious beer by Grimm. Cheers!
