This tropical sour beer is a creamsicle in a glass. Mangoes, guavas, vanilla, and milk sugar are backed with a grapefruit-like acidity.

I like the pop series because they are always light, slightly sweet and sour, yet full of flavor. This one is a prime example, bursting off the nose with mango, guava, melon, lemon, vanilla, sugar, orange and grape. Taste has more of the typical wheat base, but does cut into fruits a little. Feel is a little light and highly carbonated, but smooth and frothy.

This is nice, hittin all the right notes for me. The guava is killing it in my opinion. Very nice look and smell but tastes great, just all around pleasant and fun in its experience. Grimm makes some good stuff

22 oz bomber, thanks bro- Pours hazy orangeish golden with minimal head. Aroma is guava, mango, tart and appealing. The flavor is mango, guava, tangerine, mild and moderately tart. Bubbly carbonation, light on the palate. Delicious

Hazy, yellow-orange color with medium head and effervescent body. Tropical fruit top notes waft up to the nose before giving way to the sweet taste of guava and mango tantalizing the tongue intensely then fading into a refreshing, sour "pop!" heart note that tricks the mouth into want to puckering just as the smooth balance of perfection takes over preventing it from doing so. Finally, the wheat/yeast base note finishes off smoothly with the added touch of sweet vanilla and milk sugar, which prevents it from being too harsh and ruining the beauty of this artisanal sour.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled in 7/2018. Pours very hazy deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/fairly tart/tangy mango, guava, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, pineapple, papaya, red/green apple, melon, white wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, fruit, citrus/tropical hops, vanilla, lactose, and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/fairly tart/tangy mango, guava, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, pineapple, papaya, red/green apple, melon, white wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang; and light bitter/spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy mango, guava, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus/peel zest, peach, pear, pineapple, papaya, red/green apple, melon, white wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, fruit, citrus/tropical hops, vanilla, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tartness, tangy fruit, and bitter/spiciness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, acidic/tangy, and fairly crisp balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.8%. Overall this is an awesome fruited milkshake Berliner weisse. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, fruit, citrus/tropical hops, vanilla, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and pretty crisp/refreshing to drink, with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish, not overly lactic. This felt a bit more acidic/tangy than most of the others from them, but still impressive. Great balance of juicy fruits, Azacca hops, Lacto, lactose, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.
