Notes: Magnetic Cloud is where intense tropical fruit meets intoxicatingly dank hop funk. Galaxy and Motueka from The Southern Hemisphere combine with American Columbus and Mosaic hops to create a powerful force of aromatics —lime, melon, pineapple, raspberry and cannabis.

A: The beer is very hazy and a bit pale yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high white head that died down a bit but consistently left a short head covering the surface and lots of thick lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lime citrus are present in the nose along with notes of honeydew melon.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of dank hops and hints of basil.
M: It feels medium-bodied, crisp and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I liked the combination of citrus and dank flavors in the taste of this IPA.

Pithy orange and grapefruit taste and aroma. Pretty straightforward. Some deeper pine notes. Not a ton of depth here. Guess I'm looking for more notes and layers and personally I'm just not getting it with this one. Bitter all around as one would expect from a DIPA. Just not my favorite from grimm. Medium carbonation. Medium to fuller bodied. Finish is not overly sweet or dry.

Tall can direct from a BKLYN NY boutique store...Dating info on the bottom is smudged.

Great looking full on hazed n juiced NEIPA pour, under a lasting light khaki cap.

Fruity sniff, with mint and pineapple.

Delicious creation, more of the nodule following thru onto the palate. Minty again with oranges, ripe pineapple and assorted tropical fruit goodness..mighty fine

Canned on 5/8/2020. Poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass. It pours hazy, dirty tangerine-honey color with a large, foamy, bright white cap and lots of clinging lacing. The fruity nose features lots of lemon, pineapple, grapefruit, ripe cantaloupe, and just a whiff of vanilla. It's very dank with both melon and pineapple sweetness and tart, dry lemon peel, lime, and grapefruit rind. The use of Motueka hops adds soft, tropical citrus and the Columbus hops add notes of cannabis. The fruit is bright and fresh. This ale is medium-bodied with lively carbonation, and it drinks easily for 8% ABV. Overall, Magnetic Cloud is a highly flavorful and satisfying DIPA; it's the type of offering Grimm has mastered.
