Very very good dipa,on tap at Brewed and Bottled.Big malt bill and long large hop finish. Lace lines. Made for drinkability, good by itself or with a dinner.

Phish Gorge '98 playing, seemed like the perfect brew for it. Very nice beer. hazy, balanced, hides the ABV very nicely. Would definitely leave my body anytime with this one.

Can from Earl’s Beer and Cheese on the UES NYC during 2020 COVID pause. Pours opaque light straw yellow, citrusy apricot purée on the nose, taste is melon, apricot, hints of pillowy hop cotton candy, doughy caramel, and citrusy pine that leans astringent at times. This beer is medium bodied, borderline fluffy. A malty, fruity thinker with and acidic edge.

Pours a cloudy golden color, somewhat a cross between a hazy and traditional IPA. A fingernail length head quickly dissipates.

Nice fruity and herbaceous aroma that combines notes of tropical fruit, pithy citrus and semi pungent herbal dank. Specific aromatics include, pineapple, mango, pineapple, lemon, lime and grass.

The taste is sweet and juicy with a thick doughy and honey like malt flavor. Notes of tropical fruit along with hints of citrus pith. Little to no perceptible bitterness with a rather gentle herbaceous and pine like hops spice. Medium to full bodied with a gentle carbonation. The mouthfeel is creamy, sugary and ultra soft, perhaps a bit too much. The finish is long with flavors of juicy fruit.

Very flavorful and complex in all its hoppy glory. Despite being a big fan of Grimm, my only issue with this was that its intense juiciness and softness of the mouthfeel made it a bit of a chore to finish. Perhaps I wasn’t in the mood for it at the time because beyond that, it’s a very finely crafted beer.
