Notes:
Psychedelic Gardener, our newest Double IPA, is a hallucinogenic swirl of floral, fruity and resinous hops! Hopped with Mosaic, Amarillo, and Idaho 7, it's presenting aromas of raw, green hops, candied curaçao orange peel, meyer lemon, and lilac. Overripe red berries, cantaloupe, and spearmint on the palate, with a slightly dry, bitter finish. The explosion of lupulin complexity leaves us craving our next sip.

Canned 8/29/22.
L: Pours a dark hazy gold with a big bubbly white head that dissipates on top but stays around the glass. Thin and splotchy lacing.
S: Muted aromas of lemon-lime and orange.
T: Ripe stone fruit up front, mellowing to citrus and tropical flavors. Finishes dry but only slightly bitter, in a way that invites the next sip.
F: Outstandingly smooth mouthfeel. Slightly less than medium carbonation.
O: The stone fruit slap was a pleasant surprise given that the faint aroma gave no hint. But for the less than stellar smell, this one was almost spectacular.

From a week-old can dated 4/20/21. This beer is unmistakably Grimm, from its lightly hazy deep orange color, to the hop-candy, resinous flavors. Outstanding beer, top of the line IIPA. They really have a house style dialed in, and it's complex and delicious.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color. It poured with just a narrow collar of off white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of gooseberries, lime and stone fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of citrus and tropical fruits along with hints of herbs. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and has a moderate amount of carbonation. There is a combination of both crispness and juiciness on the mouthfeel.
O: The smell and taste of this IPA is rather complex but the aromas and flavors are more delicate compared to other beers in the style.
