Maximum Impact! The juices are flowing with this Strata and Nelson-hopped DIPA. Vibrant notes of gooseberry, passionfruit, white grape and strawberry pop above an undercurrent of tropical fruit nectar. Smooth in body with a zesty balancing bitterness.

Pours a hazy yellow with a short lived head and light lacing.
Smells of floral hops with citrus and sweet fruits.
Tastes of orange, lemon and pineapple with a mildly bitter, peppery finish.
Medium light body with light carbonation. Clean, dry mouthfeel.
This is a nicely balanced, mild mannered, very drinkable NEIPA.

A: The beer is very hazy and a bit pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down a bit and left a thin head covering the surface, a collar around the edge and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of gooseberry and passion fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the flavors of passion fruit are a touch stronger. There is a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I enjoyed the combination of gooseberry and passion fruit in this beer, which was quite easy to drink considering its strength.
