Mixed bag. The look is excellent: light golden color with a 4F head. Floral, semi sweet aroma. The taste doesn’t deliver: it’s overshadowed by the sharp hoppy finish. The fruit profile isn’t there: some citrus. Not Grimm at its best. With strata, Simcoe and sabro I’d expect more.

Hop forward and balanced.good aftertaste. Very little hop burn.

DIPA w/ Simcoe, Sabro & Strata. From a 10-day-old can, pours a hazy orange-gold. Big, dense white head of foam leaves thick rings of lacing. Smell has tons of dank cannabis and tropical/citrus fruits, with subtle coconut notes. Taste follows. Another great beer from Grimm.
