Draft at red raven
Big pillowy dense head with great retention, crystal clear pilsner color, soapy lacing

Nose big grainy sweet pilsner malt, little doughy, hint of corn, light floral hops

Taste grainy sweet straw pilsner malts, little doughy, little corn, raw gristy German pilsner cereal grain, medium hop bitterness, spicy and floral and a little herbal, dry finish, a bit of crisp spicy hop bitterness lingering, clean lager

Mouth is med bod, medium carb

Overall pretty solid pilsner, well done

a very beautiful glowing straw beer with brilliant clarity. aromas are sweet grainy malts, biscuit and some crisp hops. palate opens up with a pleasant lemony citric character, grainy cracker and biscuity malt throughout, cereal like quality, grassy, pithy herbaceous quality, some slightly spicy and mellow floral hop notes. nice light mouthfeel with adequate carbonation. overall superbly crisp and drinkable.
