This our “bench-mark” beer. A medium bodied ale with aromas of soft citrus and earthy pine combined with very subtle notes of tropical fruit. This highly hopped American style IPA leaves your pallet with a lingering dry and bitter finish.

12oz can, right around a month old.

Lightly hazy amber with a small white head.

Aroma of piney hops and caramel malt. Fairly malty, more than what I like.

Flavor follows aroma, more piney hops and sweet caramel malt. Decent bitterness.

Oily feel with light/medium carbonation.

Average. Not one that I would revisit. Maltier than what I like in an IPA. Greatly prefer their Sunshine City IPA.

12 oz can, 2-22-16 sticker on the plastic six pack holder (hopefully that is the canning date and not the best before date)

Pours typica Amber nice looking like khaki cap, leaving low sheeting and some ringed lacing.

Citric sniff with grapefruit rind wafting about

Respectable IPA with ample citrus and resinsy hop notes abounding.

More better then decent craft IPA from a slew of new to me at least Florida brewers...very happy to see the Florida beer scene improvements...things have hanged a lot in the past few years..

12oz can poured into a pint glass. The aroma and taste are both filled with citrusy hops and a moderate malt backbone. I appreciate the slight sweetness in the taste and the hops provide a nice lingering bitterness. The hops take on notes of grapefruit and pine.

Poured from a 12 OZ can into a pint glass. The aroma is a cloudy amber gold color with a large white head. The aroma is Pitney hops. The taste is hops with a nice citrus punch.

Pours an effervescent honey color with a thumb pf cream colored head. Good head retention & lacing

S: Breadyness, citrus, fades a bit as it warms

T" Follows the nose, breadyness, with pineyness up front. Cakeyness, grapefruit, pomelo & loads of herbal bitterness & some mango. Finishes dry, grapefruitty, with a little piney bitternesss with some mango

MF: Medium body, moderate carbonation & pretty good balance

Drinks alright, just doesn't quite pull together all the way towards greatness

Bought a growler at Ace Growlers in Newnan, Georgia. A very good IPA. I found it to be good all the way through - the smell and taste were right where I wanted them to be. I'll get it again.
