12oz can. yellow color, good head. Smells like Mosaic to me, berry, pine, good. Flavor is the same, dank, piney, berry, spruce. Typical Mosaic flavors.

Pours a clear yellow golden with a decent foam in the brandy snifter. Intense aroma of cut hay, straw, and sharp green apple. Light and bright with a modest malty note. Nice showcase for Mosaic hops. Fruity with a melon taste. Bitter grapefruit rind aftertaste, but it's not overly severe. On the acidic side. Quite drinkable, clean and crisp. From the six-pack of 12 oz cans purchased at Grapevine Liquors on Monaco.

Bright, herbal and bitter- the curious nature of brewing leads Station 26 brewers to the Mosaic hop variety. Using this single-source hop on the dry foundation of American IPA allows for the full glory and limitations of this hop to announce in a bold and comprehensive taste.
Single Hop Mosaic pours bright golden and with a slim hoppy haze. A pillowy white froth gathers on the rim as the scent of white grapefruit, under-ripened orange, tangy berries and freshly muddled herb applies its grassy and citrusy perfume. The malt character underneath is slightly savory with cracker-like sweetness with a kiss of honey.
But the breadth of the beer's intent happens as the sweetness collapses and the hops take firm control of the middle palate. The sharp sour and bitter interplay of citrus fruits don't stop with orange and grapefruit, but bleed into the lemon and lime worlds as well. Hints of gooseberry and passionfruit sliver through the citrus, on its way to a bright and herbal finish of verbena, chopped chive and a curious drift of cannabis.
Dry, crisp and refreshing, the medium-light beer is further lightened by the bold carbonation, resinous bittering power of hops and the evaporative cooling of ether. Mild leaf-derived astringency plays into the bitterness with a tea-like, sassafras exotic flavor and feel. A long grassy and lemony aftertaste charms the finish with the satisfaction of a freshly mowed lawn.

Color is as clear as amber can be, with beautiful tiny bubbles that rise to the head....if there were a head. The head is nearly non existent, but that is great for me.
The nose is dank hoppy greatness.
The taste is super heavy of piney, but mixed with a tobacco flavor. Don't let this scare you though as the flavor is GREAT.
Overall above average IPA.

Poured from a 12oz can with no best by date; into a pint glass.
Appearance - very clear, bright gold; incredible amount of carbonation bubbles. Head is thick and soapy white! Lacing is thick and sticky!
Smell - dank onion and herb; very earthy.
Taste - more citrus and floral hop profile compared to the nose; flavors go from subtle to profound with each sip!
Feel - slightly tangy, mildly sweet; the mosaic hops are allowed to stand out with just enough malt balance!
Overall - the nose is a bit odd, but everything else about this IPA is strong!

12 oz can. Clear straw gold with finger head that fades slowly, lots of lace. Sweet citrus peel n floral aroma. Sweet light cracker malt taste with lots of floral and piney hops. Bitterness comes in late and maybe lasts a touch too long. Medium mouthfeel. Very solid crushable IPA.
