Brewed for the hop-head in all of us, our India Pale Ale is made with the finest American malts and a unique blend of classic and new American hops. It has a firm bitterness, intense citrus hop aroma and enough flavor to knock you overboard.

Pours clear amber with a thick white head. Good retention and lacing. Aroma is roasted caramel malt, citrus and some pine. Flavor follows the nose. Feel is light bodied and well carbonated. Overall, a nice enough beer given the price point. Extra points as it's locally brewed.

12oz can into a pint glass.
L: Pours a lightly cloudy amber orange w/a 2" off white crunchy head that recedes to a thick crust. Good fine carbonation. Random thick sticky lacing.
S: Ripe fruits, caramelized malts, light breadiness, citrus, peach, fairly hoppy with gentle earthy notes.
T: Fruity and citrusy, peach, caramel, strong black tea, juicy plum. It is moderately sweet and lightly bitter with a big taste.
F: Semi-juicy, sticky medium bodied mouth feel w/a clean standard length finish that is gently drying.
O: A fairly full flavored fruity West Coast inspired American IPA that is hop forward, easy drinking & refreshing. It is excellent in it's style.

12oz can
Clear amber-orange, big head, lace and all that. Smells like fresh cut grass. Hop-forward with cracker malts, moderately bitter, and with a nice bite at the end. The alcohol makes itself known and it doesn't taste like sh*t, either. Very much 'The whole is greater than the sum of the parts' kinda thing happening here. Simple, crushable, more like a malty pale ale than an IPA, but I'm nitpicking

On draft at hotel bar. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy sheets of lace. It smelled very malty with toasted caramel and pine notes. Sweet toffee, strong roasted malt and a sharp, piney bitter bite.

Appearance: Pours an amber, orange color with a moderate white, lacey head. SRM of 13. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of peach, apricot, tart pear, and fungo mango. Some apple peel. I get some Belgian yeast on the nose with some slight clove and coriander. Smells to me like a saison. (3.50)
Flavor: Same on the flavor. More peach, pear, apricot, dried orange. Lots of orchard fruit. Belgian yeast and spices too. I do get some pale cardboard and plastic. Finishes dry and slightly bitter. (3.75)
Feel: Lighter-bodied. Crisp. Well-carbonated. Clean. Belgian yeast and bitterness linger on the palate. (3.75)
Overall: I'm not even sure I would classify this as an IPA. It drinks much more like a Belgian Saison. Strong orchard-fruit flavors with Belgian spices. It has bitterness though and finishes dry like an IPA. A good beer, just not exactly sure what I'm drinking here. With the "Belgian spices" i've had in other cheap beers, I'm wondering if this is more of a cheap, pale cardboard flavor that is present in this beer. I hope, not but I suspect that might be the case. (A good beer, but misses the style, so a lower rating. Final Rating: 3.56)

Had this at one of the many bars in the MSP airport while stuck there. Although I was cranky I tried to relax and enjoy this knowing nothing about it except the blurb on the menu. Pint was delivered lightly foamy. medium copper toned. Not much of an aroma, slightly fruity. First taste was all over, tropical, yeasty, fruity - all that. Not much hop bite in the finish. Slightly thick on the tongue. Overall a real decent beer.

Hazy amber colour. Sweet light malts, fruity banana Clove belgian yeasts, and pink grapefruit juice. Tastes squishy and medium-bodied, orange peel and grapefruit peel, a little sweet, banana, clove spicy yeasts, and a spicy, citrus and floral hoppy finish. Refreshing, hoppy and sessionable, easy drinker with no bitterness.
