The beer is orangey yellow. Fairly hazy but still transparent. Medium white head. Moderate lacing, little bubbles, etc. The aroma is milder than expected but there’s still plenty of Citra flavor. Tangerine, pineapple, orange, mango. Mild but pleasant crackery malt background. Taste is dry and lightly bitter. Sweet hoppiness. A bit more bitterness in the finish. Lots of pineapple. Very nice. Light mouthfeel. Tasty stuff.

Newest batch of dobis (3/16). Noticeably unfiltered compared to earlier batches. Pours a pale yellow, murky, opaque, with eggshell white head. Looks like orange juice. Nose is all citra with pineapple, peach, orange (mostly), and grapefruit. Palate is again all citra with a decent bitterness for 38 ibu. Waves of orange and grapefruit with just enough malt base. Resinous notes shine in the aftertaste.

I had this on cask, as the keg had already kicked. Crazy good!
This pours a hazy orange gold with bubbly foam. There’s a big citrusy aroma with tangerine and mandarins. It’s pleasingly bitter with a sweet rounded feel. Citrus for days. Yum.
