We love Australian Galaxy hops & have been really happy with their quality lately. That’s why we decided to brew our original 100% Galaxy beer, Moonage Daydream. This pale ale is super crushable with a light, crackery malt character & pungent mango and pine aromas from the hops. This one will make you freak out! Drink more pale ale!

Light straw color and opaque. Lots of very fine white head. Maybe a bit grapefruit juice-like. That head is what it's supposed to look like.
Smell has lots of pineapple, pine resin, and white grapefruit. Sweet overall, and it all plays together very nicely.
The taste is definitely earthier. I still get the sweetness, although it's now more directly connected to the pineapple element. Only a trace of white grapefruit remains, and it's slightly bitter. Tree bark, I'll say. A bit mossy, a bit woodsy.
Medium-light weight. Lots of very fine carbonation, and it's very well integrated with the liquid. (AKA, it's very smooth.) Aftertaste is the bitter grapefruit and tree bark. Very easy to drink. Sligthly detectable alcohol.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces very nicely.
S: Citrus zest, light pine, underlying tropical and stone fruit, a bit grassy, a touch floral, crackery biscuity malt, and a just a little caramel sweetness.
T: Bright and zesty, citrus, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, and lime, a bit of herbal pine, floral notes, underlying tropical and stone fruit, mango, passion fruit, apricot, and a hint of under ripe pineapple, a touch grassy, crackery biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation,
O: Classic Cellarmaker: Make a super crushable yet flavorful pale ale with a hop everybody knows and loves, but find a way to pull out flavors that' aren't what you'd normally expect from it.

Sweet tropical/pineapple hoppy nose on this one...subdued and light.
Taste follows with light trop-hoppy profile. It is a light crusher and easy drinker.

Moonage Daydream pours a light orange color with a great frothy head and moderate lacing. The smell is wonderful, backed by big floral notes with hints of tropical and citrus fruits and a small hop bite. This single hopped pale ale is excellent! The taste follows the nose, bursting with grapefruit and lemongrass with a malty sweetness that has a grassy and piney finish.
