On tap at the brewery.
A clear Amber with a dense white head with good retention and lacing this looks good. The nose is citrusy with mandarin, tangerine, Clementine, floral notes, a little pine along with a toasty, mildly nutty malt character with a real depth but without sweetness. The palate opens smooth and creamy with a delicately nutty fullness on which notes of citrus, floral and pine and present. Bitterness is moderate and alcohol is well hidden. Well rounded, well balanced but decidedly west coast.

Mild orange color, a bit of haze to it, not problematic territory, still looks impressive and unfiltered without getting into a turbidity discussion. Aroma was nice and citrusy, seemed like a citra and mosaic vibe to it lending a tropical nature to the citrus smells.
Taste was a very soft, low bitterness, high mango, pineapple and tangerine mouthfeel. Nice light body, light dryness, not sweet, no caramel. If you like all that guava/mango/citrus stuff without the bitterness and crystal malts, this is your jam. Only complaint is I can never tell Cellarmaker ipa/dipas apart, they all seem so similar. Similarly awesome, but nonetheless . . .

Very light, slight haze. Somewhat mild nose of orange, lemon and pine. Taste is awesome. Tangerine, grape fruit, and lingerimg spruce and light biscuit. Nice mouthfeel with moderate to light body and mid carb. Really impressive overall.
