Pale Ale with all English malts, and mostly American Hops. Hopped with Simcoe, Chinook, Centennial, Columbus, as well as some Galaxy in the dry hop.

Pours a light to medium amber, a bit darker than other hoppy beers that I've had from Cellarmaker. Fairly hazy, though still easy to see through. Medium white head, small bubbles. Aroma is fruity and fresh. Tropical fruit and citrus from the hops. The Maris Otter with its rich, crackery, doughy flavor adds a nice touch. Sweet lemon, mango, pineapple, tangerine. The taste has that rich malt flavor with lots of fruity hop flavor. Relatively dry. Moderately bitter, just enough to clean things up and make it a refreshing glass. Lively carbonation. Light feel. Very nice. Easy to drink.

Website describes Quiet Echo as "Pale Ale w/mostly Marris Otter Malt. Simcoe, Chinook, Centennial and Galaxy hops." So much to love in there, and Quiet Echo does not disappoint. The nose is all hop with what is likely the Simcoe or Galaxy giving off an awesome tropical fruit smell, and there is some citrus and floral scent going on.
Taste is similar from a hop standpoint, and the Marris Otter toastiness is well pronounced and delicious. Almost exactly the type of beer I would make if just picking ingredients. Good mouthfeel, mild carbonation. One of the best new beers I've found recently.
