9/25/2022 Batch! Sweet tropical hoppy, white wine grape, and some nice Nelson-dank/Mosaic-dank aromatics on this one! Taste follows with a hoppy and prominent dank bitter finish. I'm a little late to the game on this one, but it is still drinking very tasty...I can tell that this was fire when fresh! It doesn't look the sexiest, but the hop profile has held up really well. After having a bunch of Cellarmaker Nelson brews recently, I think we have to start recognizing that they are up there with the best breweries that utilize the mighty Nelson. This is good stuff!

A little hazy, dark yellow brew with long-lasting foam in the Faust stein. Herbal scent with lime aroma. Flavors of melon, green grapes, citrus peel. Quite sharp but not overwhelming with acidity. Moderate bitter aftertaste with some astringency.
This tastes rather like the hazy style but it is very drinkable with some clean flavors emerging from the hop soup. From the 16 oz can purchased from City Beer. Dated 12/27/20 on the bottom.

I think I’m finally giving up on expectation. Because really, I don’t see any point in it. The most pure thought, chasing ineffable feeling, the perfect other... I think maybe I’ll just focus on breathing for now, and taking every step one by one. Imagine that; living life “step by step”.... but oh, how many times I have just tried to hop. So many times I’ve just decided to hop.
