Thank you millerbuffoon for sharing this bottle!

A - Pours a hazy deep burgundy cherry red color with a minimal cherry colored lacing ring.

S - Oak, cherries, white wine, and some sweet cherry presence.

T - Heavy oak tannin followed with white wine grapes, cherries, and alcohol.

M - Nice bold medium body with light to no carbonation texture.

O - This is a good beer but the dry oak tannin really dominates (too much).

Deep red hue, slightly murky. Thin head and lacing
Definite tart/sour notes from the wine barrels - strong overtones of sour cherries. Glad I am hitting this young, as it is edging toward flanders red
Surprisingly soft on the palate. Tart, a touch sour, but no funk and big flavors of cherries and stonefruit
Light, but with some heft from the ABV

Overall a really surprising beer. I generally don't like sours, but this is more tart and fruity. Puts me in mind of a juiced up over the top Wisconsin Red from NG. Very glad I got to try this.
