A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a cloudy pinkish orange beer which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky finger of white head which fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells of plums, sourness, oak, and some slight fruitiness
T: Taste is plums, light fruitiness, oak, hints of funk, slight bready malts, and more plums with some nice tartness. On the swallow there's more plums, tartness, oak, hints of funk and malts with some lingering tartness
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of medium with a fairly neutral feel. Carbonation is lightly effervescent and adequate for the style while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is a really nice beer. It has some good flavors along with a nice amount of complexity which makes it pretty fun and interesting to drink.

750 mL bottle into an oversized Rare Barrel wine glass
2017 batch
Brew is pink grapefruit in color, with high effervescence and a wispy head that quickly dissipates.
Aromas are zesty and acidic, with sugary pit fruit, oak and grass bookending the bouquet.
Plums and unripe berries leap to the front of the palate, with lemony acidic notes gently balancing its fruity-sweet aspects. Quick, clean finish.
As refreshing as I can imagine for a brew with added plums. Tasty AF.

Poured at the 2nd Anniversary Party.
Not only the best plum beer I've tasted but one of the most delicious all around good beers made this year. Full plum character all around. Sweet, clean, lactic, tart, funky, woody, spiced, . . .should I go on? Sure...creamy, rich full and a beer you can just drink and drink. Perfect balance and simply wonderful flavors.
My only bitch is that it's not bottled (at least not to my knowledge) and I may never have it again. One of the absolute best beers I've had this year - end of story.

Tulip, on-tap.
A: Pours a lightly hazy golden with a bubbly white head that faded to a bubbly collar.
S: Plum, earthy brett, mild lactic tartness. Sweetness is fresh and sticky. Smells clean and sweet.
T/M: Juicy plum, not super sweet, with tons of creamy brett and a slight lactic acid bite. Clean finish, fuller than some of the others, nice chew to the mouthfeel, medium-full body, with a greasy oak mouthfeel. Finish has a sugar sweet and sticky plum sweetness that lingers in the aftertaste and mixes well with creamy, slightly earthy, brett.
O: Wonderful. Probably the best example of plum I've had in a beer yet.
