This is a craft beer bar. Yes, it's just craft beer. I always laugh at those people who are confused by that. The place is big. Which makes it seem fairly empty at times and hurts the atmosphere a little. However, with 59 taps I don't really care about atmosphere. 3 or 4 of the taps are nitro. They get some rare brews frequently and even have a few exclusive iTap beers brewed by some of the new St. Louis breweries. Their specials are nice, particularly half off/half of the taps. Other reviewers don't like the service, but I think it has improved greatly over time. There are always willing to give me a taste of a beer before I order it. They do not have food but they allow you to bring in outside food. Lately it's becoming my favorite beer stop in Columbia because they always have something on tap that I've never had before.

Love the selection of beers both on tap and in bottles/cans. The night I went it was really busy so the service was off. I would imagine that on a slower day or night it would be a lot better. I had an awesome banana nut bread beer out of Europe. It is very expensive if you don't go on certain nights when they have specials. They were also out of passports so the beer I tried they could stamp it. They did however say to keep the receipt I got and keep checking back and when they had some in they would stamp it for me.

VERY LARGE selection, both on tap and in bottles. Found an Avery "Demons of Ale" Series for my collection, and they let me take it home, even though I'm sure that is not their policy. Would go back again to try stuff I cannot get my hands on.

I may be a bit biased, however looking at the place for what it is, I am in love. I find myself there near everyday. It is a very relaxed environment and the best place to go to enjoy a great beer, draft or bottle. With 59 handles, there is always the perfect choice for beer drinkers of all styles. The manager is one of the most beer Davy individuals around and has taken the time to teach his staff about the beer so they can truly understand what the customer is looking for and in Turn share their knowledge. Great music. Great Staff. Great beer.
