Brew Rebellion's John Paul Jones Peanut Butter Stout. 10.1% ABV.

A: Just about two fingers of tan head. Black in the glass. Dark orange-brown in the dimple, with a tiny pile of bubbles at the very bottom. Light, slightly specked sheeting. Good, thickish bands of lacing.

S: Solid, creamy yet dry peanut butter aroma. The kind made from roasted nuts. Light peanut shell. Nothing else comes to me, yet.

T/MF: Tastes and feels a bit light. Maybe, a touch acidic? I wonder if it's infected. Doesn't taste bad. Peanut taste is much lighter. Light coffee, bordering on fruity. Faint bitter cocoa powder. Hmm. This doesn't match up to the White Chocolate or Chocolate Strawberry, in terms of being a solid stout. Disappointing. Definitely not worth twelve bucks.

Poured from a 22 oz. bottle, into a Belgian tulip glass.
