5/15/21....pours reddish brown with fluffy white foam. Sweet caramel amber nose. Quite bready. Much malt. Heavy toffee chewy flavor. Sweet. Not much in the way of bitters holding it back. Sweetness hangs out. Tasty but slightly too sweet.

Poured from a pint can into a Firefly Hollow Snifter. Two fingered off white head that dissipated quickly but provided good lacing. Body of the beer is a clear and reddish brown in color. Malty sweetness on the nose. The first sip reinforces the maltiness, but with enough hoppy bit on the tongue to clean the palate.

Draught @ Brewery: This one pours a very dark amber color. There was almost no head on it. Good nose. Malts, a touch of roast, some earthiness. The taste is also good. Caramel malts, slight roastiness, biscuit and earthy flavors. Very well balanced. A good example of an Irish Ale.

Exactly what one can hope for in this style. Nice balance of hops and malt and a great red color. Very drinkable. Irish Reds are not the best style but this is spot on.
