Can stamped on the side 051718.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a semi-thick dark orange pale to wood glossed color. Finger's worth of white foamy head slid off delicately to leave a messy film of lace.
The aroma had some peach skin and flesh, then some white wine and a little bit of grassiness. Light hay to earthy character on the back end.
The flavor was moderately sweet with a substantial amount of the white wine quality biting in on a semi-sour to tart character. Light aftertaste of peach flesh and white wine.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine, somewhat low. ABV felt on par. Moderately sweet to sour and tart peachy sort of finish.
Overall, pretty good but I'm not a fan of wine. I wasn't sure if this was intentional or just something I picked up throughout my consumption. With this in mind, I'd rather give a bunch of other saisons my time of day before this.

Pint can

A chunky looking, white hued amber and golden color liquid. Soft white, creamy foam top, short but good coverage and lacing.

There is a funky, wild, hair-perm chemmy aroma happening that is pretty weird. Yeast gone crazy?? Dense peavh and sweet fruity aroma from the added fruits. Sweet tarts, vanilla and peach !

A tart, and sharp fruity taste hits you first, tangy peach and wild grasses. Crisp but sour style malty balance. Dry, dry, dry feel. Light to medium in places, then dry again. Sour and tangy yeast and fruit blend brings an odd effect, but not way out of charecter.

Fun with fruits beer. "Farmhouse" not really.

750 mL bottle. Hazy orange body with a huge white head. Smells of earthy yeast, soap, and some light peach. Tastes of peach and earthy brett yeastiness. Some sweet pale male. Medium body. It's fine, but nothing I really needed to drink. Sweet, earthy, and soapy.

Poured from 750 ml bottle

A: Cloudy orange tinted yellow with 2-3 finger creamy white head with lasting retention and leaving some nice sticky lacing.

S: Peach and apricot mixed with yeast esters that remind me of fresh cut hay.

T: Mostly peaches, but hints of other stone fruits. Just a touch of lemon juice. Bready malts and a little bit of earthy funk

M: Medium body with fairly light carbonation and a creamy mouthfeel.

O: Excellent wild ale. Not overly complex, but the peaches come through nicely. Easy drinking and refreshing beer.

Pours a hazy golden color with a 2-finger creamy white head. The head settles into a nice film atop the beer.

The aroma has loads of peach and dark fruits, with just a touch of spicy yeast.

The flavor brings more peach and dark fruit notes, as well as some tart lemon and spicy bread.

The feel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Very creamy and smooth.

Overall, an impressive wild ale that comes exactly as advertised. You want peaches? Well here you go. Nothing overly complex or remarkable about it, just a nice, easy-drinking beer.

Poured from a 750ml bottle picked up at the brewery on Thursday. It pours a very hazy golden orange color in to my "tion" glass. To me this a great looking beer. The color and cloudiness and thin white head all just seem to fit this beer.
The nose is all about the fruit with lots of peach and plum blending well with the funk from the strain of yeast.
The taste is very smooth, lots of peach and plum with a nice mellow funk from the strain of yeast. Perhaps a mellow soft bready taste in the back of the mouth.
The mouth feel is soft and smooth not a lot of carbonation for this style beer. To me this is a good thing!
This is a well done beer in this style and a joy to drink on this hot day.

Served on tap at the brewery,
Pours a very hazy medium blonde color with generous head.
Aromas are sweet sticky fruit and good bread.
Flavor is much in line with aromas. Complex. mellow fruit, good hops, strong malt presence too.
Mouthfeel was really nice.
Overall, this is a tasty and sticky beer. Good use of fruit.
