Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017, blue session. Peachy pink color with white head. Aroma has a lactic fruitiness, milky but clean. Taste is sour, acidic, astringent, really dry, mouth puckering.

I am glad we got to drink this, though it did not meet its fonta flora hype. I rated rhythm rug low for being a wild when it is supposed to be a saison, this is the inverse. Decent flavor and character, its overall impression is really just a tad boring. Plums were marginally detectable if one searched for them

Appearance: Arrives a pale pink lemonade color with a nice, frothy head that leaves more than a few strips of lace
Smell: Bready and vinous, with plum and other stone fruit tones
Taste: Somewhat bready, up front, with vinous and stone fruit flavors developing; mild lactic acidity, with plums and red wine tannins, after the swallow; the plum tones linger into the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Dry and rustic with slight acidity and delicate fruit flavors - a terrific brew
