Appearance: Pours hazy with a pink lemonade color with a thin cap that fades somewhat while leaving dots of foam
Smell: Tart melange of fruit, with a sour berry orientation and little sweetness
Taste: Lactic fruit flavors with the cherry and elderberry prominent; the native grapes of North Carolina used for Scuppadine also make an appearance: the blueberry is modest but discernible; oaky, funky and dry finish, with a puckery ending that is not far from a tart grapefruit
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; puckery
Overall: A good showcase for a variety of spent fruit; a little more sweetness would go a long way here

Pours a turbid pink to ruby color with a thin pinkish to white head. Nose of Greek yogurt and fruitiness. Definitely surprised the amount of tart berry flavor comes through on this second use fruit brew. Nice notes of raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. Yogurt like funk and lacto. Not in your face tart but definitely packs a bite. Medium body with a slight bit of creaminess on the tounge. I enjoyed this.

Salmon pinkish colored beer with a small white head at pouring, leaving some light lacings.
Nose is heavy on the small berries, you could tell by smelling that blackberries where there, lactobacillus as well.
Lot of tartness, very fruity, finishes dry, lacto forward with berries all the way.
Medium body, medium carb, gives a nice mouthfeel.
Too tart for my taste, but a good one nonetheless.

Light purple color. Smell is heavy on the berries. Flavor is heavy berries with a tart acidity. Light, refreshing, delicious. Love them local snacks.

750ml bottle poured into a snifter
A- pours a pale redish pink color with a small foamy white head that reduces to leave nothing behind
S- smells of a variety of berries; strawberry, raspberry and a cherry tartness. Acidic tartness
T- plenty of berry tartness up front with cherry and raspberry leading the way. Mid-palate gives some earthy tartness with some dried hay, the finish is bone dry with a berry linger
M medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and a crisp dry finish
O- nice berry notes throughout
