Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a swirling head that fades to a collar, leaving a few squiggles behind
Smell: Delicate paw paw tones with a hint of strawberry in the mix; tart and with some funk, as well
Taste: Tart, from the outset, with hints of both paw paw and strawberry emerging; the funk builds, after the swallow, adding complexity; oaky, tart and drying, in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; puckery
Overall: Over three years old and still excellent
