Picked up a 16 oz single from the Blue Door Bottle Shop 10-20-21 for $5.25. Canned 8-17-21; consumed 1-11-22. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured golden with a minimal head...must be the age?
Nose is nice, primarily citrus forward along with some floral hops.
Taste is well done with a larger pale malt base that displays a nice bittering combo of grapefruit, gooseberry, and orange. Finishes with a nice pine bitterness; 8/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and pretty smooth.
Overall dig the bittering hops in this brew; wished i tried this when it was on tap at Blue Door!
