A welcomed new comer to the Shrewsbury beer (and cider) scene.

Tucked away in one corner of the lovely covered market hall. Here you’ll discover an Aladin’s Cave of goodies to drink. No draught offerings, but uncommon bottles from Belgium, and rare for Shropshire, London brews from Camden, Partizan and Kernel.

Mat is the half of the double act that likes beer. Sophie, his French partner usually makes the crêpes and is the cider lover, Mat has found plenty of local and other interesting and unusual ones for her and their customers to try.

There are enough seats for around twenty thin people with scatter cushions for extra comfort if you wish. Take away, or sit and drink, we stayed and chatted over a beer, others around were even eating crêpes!

Please note the opening times though, this isn’t a night venue.
