The multi-faceted and aptly-names mosaic hop is the star of this juicy, resinous, low ABV expression of IPA. This carefully crafted beer is unfiltered and unpasteurised.

Can. Hazy straw colour with a scummy head.
Vibrant hop aroma. Lemon, pineapple, grapefruit and lychee.
Earthy, farmyard version of the smell when tasted. Big bitter hit. Distant malt.
Refreshing feel. Light and sprightly.
Low ABV hop bomb.

Tap @ Lost and Grounded, Bristol - Pours cloudy golden with a medium white foamy head. Nice lacing. Medium carbonation. Aroma - Earthy, green hops, danky, citrus notes - grapefruit. Taste - Sweet, juicy - grapefruit/tropicals, danky hoppy notes, crisp very light bitter finish. Huge, lowish ABV IPA that really hits with the hops. Right on point this one.

From a 330ml bottle. Bottled 13 days ago.
L: Light haze, light amber colour, and a small head. No visible carbonation. Some lacing.
S: Intense, fresh, juicy, tropical fruits. Astonishingly fruity, in fact.
T: The label states "juicy & resinous" which is pretty much bang on. I would add "floral". There's a lack of malt backbone though and there's next to no hoppy bitterness.
F: Soft mouthfeel. Light body. Flat. Easy-drinking verging on watery.
O: Looks are a bit flat. Nose is luscious and mouth-watering. Taste and feel are like watered down versions of the nose. This is certainly sessionable but it's also a bit one-dimensional. Easily forgotten.
