Bright looking body with a white head diminishing to a a ring around the glass, no lacing.
Nose has some rustic"ness" to it, Belgian yeast, slight lemongrass.
Taste has a light tartness, huge Belgian yeast character
Light body, not bad but not exceptional.

The colour is very bright yellow, the liquid is clear. The two finger white airy head sinks quickly down to a thin lid leaving no lacing.

The smell is sour, almost chemical with notes of lemon, lime and lemongrass. Herbal notes of oregano, basil and hibiscus flowers.

The taste is very dry with growing notes of lemongrass, herbs and perfumed detergents. Some lemon peels and a touch of pine needles. Light body. The aftertaste is even more perfumed flavours, lemon soda and lemongrass. The long finish reminds of lemon drops.

The carbonation is medium strong, the small bubbles are short-lived. The liquid is light.

Somewhat of a one trick pony. If you want a lemongrass beer, this is probably the one to go for. If it is a good idea? Well…
