I get this brewery and Mystery Brewing confused. This the one in Charlotte. Nice lace from the pour. Translucent, electric orange color. Respectable head. Nose is fresh and strong with medium hops and orange citrus notes.

Definitely hop forward, with oily, hop resin laced pine dominating all the way through. There is a touch of alcohol in the finish but overall a tight, thick body corrals the flavors reasonably well. Texture has a nice creaminess to it as well.

Not a ton of complexity, and definitely only when you are in the mood for a serious hop overload, but this one certainly has a place at the table.

From a can.
Hazy body that looks like unfiltered apple cider but topped by a weak, bubbly head.
Hoppy and pleasant but not exceptionally promising aroma.
Fine flavor profile with excellent balance and a well chosen mix of hops and malts.

Overall: a fine East Coast IPA.

Cloudy orange color with a thick white head. A beautiful looking beer. Pine and grapefruit notes in the nose. Hop character is present but not complex. Overall a solid Ipa

Slightly cloudy amber pour that is orange under intense light. World class head volume, lacing and retention.

Outstanding nose of citrus (tropical and grapefruit), a bit of pine and a touch of spicy spruce over a solid biscuit with strong caramel influence.

Heavy light body with a slightly smooth texture. Normal carbonation level with a hint of effervescence in the middle and a stronger finish.

This is an old school IPA that is bitter focused. Nice hop flavors of the nose are there along with balancing malt, but grapefruit rind bitterness dominates the flavor profile. Underneath are nice orange and tropical elements (mango or passion fruit, it is quite subtle). A light caramel influenced note accompanies a rather solid biscuit base sweetness. The middle provides a light spicy note. The finish is bitter grapefruit rind that lingers ( a lot ) coupled with slightly astringent alcohol undertones.

The Over The Edge from Unknown Brewing is ok....not out of this world. The beer poured a cloudy copper with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent is bitter with pine base. The taste leans mostly bitter with some sweetness at the front and a bitter citrus toward the back. The mouthfeel is medium in body with decent carbonation. Overall its good....not sure I'd go out of my way for it though.
