Our signature hop-forward pale ale is an easy drinker. This beautifully hazy pale ale is balanced but vibrant – bursting with tropical aromas of grapefruit and citrus.

Look: golden with a thin white head
Aroma: It has a citrusy and floral aroma that I find pleasant.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a hazy golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is juicy, citrus. Taste has plenty of grapefruit, light malts, a hint of pineapple. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is a quality beer.

Picked this up on my way back home from the left coast, at the Walmart in Alexandria, Louisiana. Never had anything from Great Raft before and this was a fun, easygoing take on an American Pale Ale that checked off all of the proverbial boxes from start to finish!
This had a hazy, golden hue to it with plenty of head topping it off. That took it's time to settle as the liquid was plenty bright and left behind nice, layered suds with plenty of spots in between the rings. Not a strong aroma to this although there were hints of orange, tangerine, and mango with some honey and candied sugar emerged in the taste once this fully warmed up. A nice presence of the malts ensured that this was full-bodied while the carbonation was mild, with the aftertaste being quite floral and sweet.
A bit of earthy hops were also lingered once this fully went down, as it would have been easy to crack another can of this open! Canned on 4/27, this held up well and would be a go-to the next time I was in the Pelican State as the amount of alcohol was spot-on for the taste. The hipster label, down to the "Drink real beer" message on it, was on par with the liquid as this was a nice first impression from these guys. Loved the balance here!

12oz can, tulip, canned 12/1/20.
Pretty white water-like pour of actually very hazed golden rod beer. The head is a medium bubble half to full finger with good retention.
Soapy soft grapefruit, mineral, light caramel.
Orange juice, slight citrus tartness, leafy hop, caramel sweetness. Pretty sweet with medium-low bitterness.
Very soft feel with low carbonation. Bit of a matte feel as well.
It seems like some kind of attempt at a NE pale ale.

Great balance between the green and grain. Easy green on the tongue, fruits of pineapple and Concord grape. Great bread exhale with moderate bitters and subtle sweetness. Screams for a heavy pasta dish alongside. Excellent brew from a dynamo brewery.
