Above average hoppy beer with a slight bite that tastes of rye, orange, and caramel malt. A nice weekend sipper, but not one I would rush out to get again.

First had poured from 1/2 growler into tulip. My second beer from this promising young brewery, Radical Rye is surprisingly fruity in the aroma, but the spicy rye and bitterness build to a tongue-numbing finish as your glass gets emptier.

Color is like honey...aren't they all?!? Nose is light on the hops characteristics I expect. The taste is hop forward but finishes quickly. The is very little after taste to speak of. Good beer though.
